My Mission
Jack's Hope in a Box is about bringing comfort to newly diagnosed kids with Type 1 Diabetes. My care boxes are filled with things to bring a smile to their face and provide comfort as well as some distractions while in the hospital. I want every kid to know that regardless of having T1D, you can still do the same things you did before you were diagnosed. You are the same awesome kid you have always been and now you are a T1D WARRIOR!
